Thermoseal® FireSpec
Bradford Thermoseal® FireSpec is an extra heavy duty, non-combustible sarking for wall applications. Installed to the outside of the frame as wall wrap or roof sarking, it provides a water barrier and Class 2 vapour barrier, recommended for warm and humid climates (NCC Climate Zones 1-5). The product meets NCC Deemed-to-Satisfy requirements for use in non-combustible external walls. A low-e reflective foil face can add reflective R-value when placed to a still air gap. Suitable for BAL fire regions.

Bradford Thermoseal FireSpec helps keep rain out and control moisture movement to protect the build. The non-combustible aluminium-foil and woven-glass laminate supports compliance where a sarking-type material is required in non-combustible walls. Extra heavy duty construction resists tears and punctures for reliable performance on busy sites and behind cladding. The reflective foil can help reduce radiant heat when it faces a still air gap in the wall. Taped and sealed laps create a continuous barrier for lasting weather protection.
